Tämän vuoden Karkun erikoisnäyttelyssä saatiin jälleen nauttia Suomen suven vaihtelevasta ilmastosta täysin mitoin, aamupäivän sadekuuron jälkeen sää oli poutainen ja väliin jopa erittäin lämmin ja aurinkoinen. Säätiedotuksia ei tarvitse enää lukea näyttelypäivänä. Voidaanpa väittää, että päivän aikana perinteisesti sataa ja paistaa. Spesiaalia on tänä vuonna tarjolla, kun juhlistimme rotujärjestöksi tuloamme boolitarjoilun merkeissä. Koiria oli tänä vuonna ilmoittautunut yhteensä 158 kpl, joista 75 englanninspringerspanielia ja 83 walesinspringerspanielia.
Englanninspringerspanielit arvosteli Mrs Pam Wadsworth (Kennel Dogano) ja walesinspringerspanielit Mr Stephen Pick (Kennel Llon).
Näyttelyn kauneimman koiran tuomari Mr Stephen Pick löysi walesinspringereiden veteraaniluokasta, KANS&FIN&S MVA V-98 SV-05 Standard-bearer Nevada,om. Suvianna Virkkunen. Nevada on päässyt jo kunnioitettavaan 11 vuoden ikään, mutta sehän ei tämän koiran tahtia haitannut. VSP ruusukkeen pokkasi itselleen vielä juniori-ikäinen walesinspringerspanielinarttu Eastfarm’s Indian Summer om. Malin Carlsson. Tämä toinen peräkkäinen vuosi kun walesi valittiin näyttelyn kauneimmaksi!
Englanninspringereiden ROP oli valioluokassa kilpaillut 3v. uros FIN&EST MVA Ideal Man vom Springer-Clan, om. Maarit ja Ilkka Nurmia & Mervi Nousiainen, enkkujen VSP oli niin ikään junioriluokassa kilpaillut JV-06 Adamant’s Let Me See, om. Tarja Hovila.
BIS-pennuksi tuomari Mrs Pam Wadsworth valitsi englanninspringerspanieliuroksen Adamant’s Take Your Hopes, om Tarja Hovila. BIS veteraaniksi tuomari Mr Stephen Pick walesinspringerspanieliuroksen, joka palkittiin myös BIS metsästyskoepalkitun pokaalilla, koirahan oli hattutempun näyttelyssä tehnyt komea uros FIN&S MVA V-98 SV-05 Standard-bearer Nevada,om. Suvianna Virkkunen. Ainutlaatuinen tempaus ! Historiaa tehtiin kehässä siis tänäkin vuonna.
Näyttelyn parhaaksi kasvattajaryhmäksi Mrs Pam Wadsworth valitsi Kennel Adamant’s:n englanninspringerspanielit, Mr Stephen Pick valitseman parhaan jälkeläisryhmän esitti ess uros, enkkujen ROP koira, FIN&EST MVA Ideal Man vom Springer-Clan.
Näyttelyn ”ei niin virallisessa” osuudessa valittiin BIS pariksi yksilökilpailuissakin loistavasti menestyneet englanninspringerit Adamant’s Take Your Hopes ja Adamant’s Let Me See . Ratkiriemukkaan pukukilpailun voitti ”Pelle-Hermiina”, peruukkipäisen walesinsa kanssa. Tuomareita nauratti vielä illallisella koiran mallikas esiintyminen räikeän oranssissa peruukissa.

Nicely balanced with good topline, excellent coat, tight feet, good tailset, nice length of neck with good crest, little too much flew, would like darker eye, good ribs, but front movement needs to tighten, nice typical speamen.

BACKA TINKERBELL GLORY AT WALNUT 1, KP, VSP-PENTU
Nice 7 month old baby, good head if a little plain in front, good neck, firm topline, nice ribs, good depth in brisket, nicely turned quarters without being over, good tailset, nicely carried, little straight in shoulders which made front movement a little wide.

Nice head with good earset, would like a slightly better ser eye, good neck, strong bone, firm topline, carrying correct weight, nicely balanced tailset, a little bit high but didn’t carry it hight, super outline, moved well.

Good had, little tight in eye, but with good earplacement and kind expression, good neck, straight front, needs to mature to get depth in brisket, straight front, good topline, correct set tail, nicely turned quarters with well letdown hocks, moved with animation.

Good head with nice depth of flute, spoilt by being a little too much of it, excellent length of neck, good shoulders and bone, good coat, nice length, would’ve liked a little more spring of rib, nicely turned quarters with well let down hocks, moved wih animation, little sloppy in front movement.

STARDOM STARLIGHT SERENADE NUO ERI 1, PN4
Good head with passable eye color, but unfortunately markings, correct neck, little straight in shoulders, but overall bodyshape excellent, not exagerated in anyway, beautifully set tail, just the turn of stiffle, alltogether a nice typical unexagerated specimen.

Nicely balanced short dog, good had, little more hear, left on top, would shorter the expression, little down faced, good neck, adequate shoulders, straight topline, good coat, good tailset, but carried rather proudly on movement, well let down hocks, would’ve liked a little morw bone for male.

Kind expression with good head but a little bit round in eye, adequate neck, straight shoulders and would like a little bit depth of brisket, good ribs, and nice quarters, topline could be firmer, because of little bit long in loin, but overall quality specimen, moves with animation, has intangable charisma.

Nice typical dog, moving with drive and animation and using his tail in true springer fashion, nice head, but would’ve liked more fluting giving kinder expression, good neck with crest, rather straight in shoulder, straight front, good feet, straight topline, nicely balanced quarters, good coat.

Good head with nice dark eye, good earplacement, nice nec with reasonable shoulde, straight front with tight feet, good ribs, little bit long cast in loin, tail on a little high set, nice turn of stiffle, moved with flowing movement.

Nice head in spite of being rather flat at skull, good neck, would like little more laidback shoulders, straight firm topline, correctly set tail, nice quarters with most perfect movement, straight front, good coat.

Good head with rather tight eyes, tend to be ewenet not helped by straight shoulders, balanced body, good coat, beautiful tailset, correct turned quarter, moved beautifully in profile, but tending to have the front left coming from having a short forearm, excellent type.

Beautiful head and nice dark eye, good neck, rather straight shoulder, he’s getting older showed in his rather stiffened straight front movement, fabolous in frontline, straight topline, correctly set tail, nicely anulated quarters, moved exthemely well, real credit to his owners, at 10 years old.

Beautiful head and expression with dark eye, adequate neck, deasent shoulders, nice straight front, good ribs, nice depth, still firm topline, correct tailset, nicely turned quarters, neat feet, in full coat, moving correctly but unfortunately has lost animation.

Well thained puppy who behaved well in ring, moved with enthuasim and really covered the ground, excellent bone and substance, short couple, very good topline which she held on move, balanced head with well shaped eye, good tailset, excellent feet.

Quality dog of very good breed type, excellent proportion height to length, with typical topline, which many in Brittain miss, super angulation but he does move a little wide in front, excellent bend of stiffle, well set hocks, balanced head, well set eye, good expression.

Lovely compact bitch, but plenty of strength in smaller frame, good bone and substance, excellent ribcase, short couple, this exhibitor has this kennel type all of her dogs share the same qualities, they are compact in frame but plenty of sthenght and substance and ideal size, very typical.
